There are many things that happen to every ball played !! Most out there involves, coaches, players, and parents “follow the ball” every time he is beaten unconsciously losing most of what happens far from the ball that is often as important as what the players do the ball. From reaching the base to move to the right cut/relay position to cover the base to the player who watched to make sure the runner touches the base. When done well, the team with many coaches and trained players should not be left behind. For our coach, show the coach to the coach staff to a certain area. For example:
• One of the coaches for outfielders (make sure their position is correct, they move together, their pre -field is there and they adjust to throwing and bats and watch what they do after the ball is affected, even when it was not for them).
• One of the coaches for infielders (make sure they are ready, pre -pitch are there, determining the correct position based on out and beating, communicating with outfielders and watching what they do after the ball is beaten, even when it is not to them).
• One of the coaches for throwing and catching (watching pitcher after the ball is beaten, make sure they always move together back to the ball to the field, pay attention to how they hold the runner and ensure your capture achieves the right attitude based on the number and where runners and communicate with throwing and their teams well).
When every coach in the break room follows the ball from the pitcher to the dough to where the ball is hit then to the place that is thrown, too many moments that can be trained and the opportunity for team development will be missed at any time.
** Make notes throughout the game too!
Good luck out there!
