In a world where recognition often passes, Rotatomorrow 5.0 Standing as a brave reminder why we do what we do – not for applause, but for impact.

On the star of a star in Sanara Mandira in Makola, the Rotaract club from the University of Kelaniya gathered to celebrate more than just an achievement. They celebrate their efforts. Vision. Leadership. And most importantly, people – The heartbeat of each project, each smile is made, and every step taken for a better tomorrow.

What is Rotathomorrow?

Rotatomorrow is not just an event. That’s a legacy. The mainstay award ceremony by members of the Avenue relationship, now in the fifth strong year. This year’s edition respects 12 community projects that have social impact; Each is in harmony with the unique PBB (SDG) sustainable development objectives. This is not just a cause of textbooks. They are concrete actions, encouraged by a passionate young mind team who dares to lead change, a project at a time. And when work is finished, when life is touched and ideas turn into action – we gather not only to clap, but to remember. To recognize the dedication behind the difference. That’s Rotatomorrow.

Planning strength

From the moment the project was launched during the January Monthly General Meeting, everything went on purpose. A total of 38 team leaders were divided into two core task groups. Committee Committee, which faces the challenges of implementing community projects based in SDG, and the event committee, which regulates the Grand Finalle: Rotatomorrow 5.0.

During the following months, OC navigating everything ranging from fundraising to logistics, communication to creativity. Mojito Stalls, Bookmark Sales, and Activation on the Land Brings funds, while the heart of the event is always about people. Their team’s work. Their story. Their transformation.

12 teams. 12 mission. One goal driven by goals.

Each team at the competition committee chose SDG who resonated with them and then turned it into action. The result? Nothing is extraordinary. Following are a glimpse of 12 strong projects that define RT 5.0:

• Viora Team – Available: Improve maternal health through accessible maintenance
• Ether team – Care: Improve public health through disease prevention and care
• Luminar Team – Big: Advance fair and inclusive access to quality education
• Gennxt Team – Evolvex: Utilizing Esports for Youth Involvement
• Sylphoria team – Himself Footsteps: Solve the poverty cycle through targeted support
• Pinnacle Team – Dream Fly: Help the different one to display aesthetic skills
• Eco Vanguards Team – Arunali: Expanding access to affordable energy for sustainable communities
• Nexora team – Mission: Vocational training for unemployment

From the development of rural areas to digital innovation, every project is the story of passion to turn into a goal. Mirror of the spirit of Rotaract that moves.

The event did not only live on stage; It is directly on social media. Through teasing, retreat calculations, content behind the scenes, venues revealed, and touching winners, Rotatomorrow 5.0 Feeds are dominated by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Tiktok.

From the poster “Coming Soon” to the Real-Time “happening” happen, the PR strategy is not only about visuals; That’s about atmosphere. Sponsors get their screams, members get their memories, and followers get the front row chair for something that is truly meaningful.

And the crown went to …

After weeks of campaigning, basic months, and one unforgettable night, the moment arrived.

Among the 12 extraordinary teams, one project touched each heart in the room. Team Pinnacle and their project Dream Fly Soar above the others, get the Rotatomorrow 5.0 title. Their mission to highlight different individual creative talents – is more than noble – it is necessary. Their victory reminds us that inclusion is not an option, that is a responsibility. And when we create space for everyone to shine, We all shine brighter.

What started as a recognition event eventually became a long -term change. From the development of project leadership and management to speaking in public and PR strategies, each Rotaractor involved runs more than a certificate – they walk away.
