My Rotaract trip came out of RTR. Sandine Charmenda

As soon as that, I joined Team 12 from the Rota Tomorrow competition. The decision changed everything. Among all chapters from my Rotaract trip, the most transformative thing is undoubtedly Adaren Waruwak. When the project starts, I don’t know anyone in the team – not my mentor, not my leader, even my fellow members. But in a matter of days, something magical happened. A face that is not known to be a trusted friend. The task is passionate. And the team became a family.

Thank you sincere to my mentor Wikihi Akka and the leader of my team Lihini, who guided me with so much love, wisdom, and patience. Their confidence in me gave me confidence to embrace my role as the ER coordinator. What I experienced through Adaren Waruwak is more than just learning organizations. That’s about building a human connection, understanding the power of goodness, and creating something beautiful together.

We laughed until late at night, tied to every small victory, and stood strong during the challenge. We celebrate 12 awards, including the spirit of the best team and Rotatomorrow 4.0 championship. But the real prize is the bond that we have formed. Our aurorian family is not just the name of the team; That is a feeling. That’s home. I will forever bring the love that I feel, the strength I find, and the pride has been named the most prominent ER coordinator – the title means the world because it is shared with the most inspiring team that I have ever asked.
